1. Introduction
Welcome to Nib & Flourish. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, the booking of our bespoke calligraphy commissions, your participation in our lettering workshops, and the purchase of prints and supplies from our curated shop. By accessing our website or utilizing our studio services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Bespoke Commissions
Our bespoke hand-lettering and calligraphy commissions are tailored to each client. The following conditions apply to all custom work:
- A non-refundable deposit is required before any design work or drafting begins.
- The final timeline will be agreed upon during the initial consultation. Delays in client feedback may result in extended delivery times.
- Two rounds of minor revisions are included in the standard commission fee. Extensive structural changes after the initial draft approval will incur additional charges.
- Full payment is required prior to the shipment or final handover of the physical artwork.
3. Workshop Registrations
Seats for our calligraphy and hand-lettering workshops are limited to ensure a high quality of instruction. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another individual provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Workshop fees are non-refundable, but in the event of a studio cancellation, a full refund or alternative date will be provided.
4. Shop Purchases & Returns
We take pride in the quality of our supplies and artisan prints. Physical items purchased from our shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Custom prints, personalized stationery, and opened calligraphy supplies cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Intellectual Property
All original designs, artwork, layouts, photography, and site content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nib & Flourish. Purchasing a physical piece of artwork does not transfer reproduction rights or commercial licensing to the buyer unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. You may not reproduce, scan, or distribute our hand-lettered designs for commercial purposes.
